Your Role

As a Lead Barista, you’ll oversee the quality and consistency of every drink served, ensuring it meets the high standards we’re known for. You’ll train and develop your team, ensuring every Barista masters their craft and meets their SCA qualifications. Leading by example, you’ll deliver outstanding coffee quickly, even during the busiest shifts, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
