Assistant General Manager, The Bowl, Ampthill Bedford

Assistant General Managers, or AGMs as they’re affectionately known, are the people working with the GM to achieve success of their Caffeine & Machine. Obsessive about quality, AGMs build, inspire and coach winning teams passionate about all things automotive and driven to create stellar customer experiences that achieve financial goals. Acting as support to the GMs and acting as GM when the GM is not present, AGMs work with full support, guidance and bags of autonomy.

  • Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Tips (Tronc)
  • 28 Days Annual Leave + Birthday

CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Infuse passion for the automotive and food and beverages, ensuring all dishes and drinks are served to perfectly
  • Lead busy shifts; role modelling exemplary product, safety, licensing, and service standards


GENERATING SALES GROWTH

  • Assist the GM to build tailored plans to grow repeat custom, and grow items sold that achieve budgets
  • Represent C&M in the automotive community to attract new and cultivate existing member, customer, and collaborator relationships


OPTIMISE PROFIT RESULTS

  • Utilise tools to assist the GM to maximise the trading margins and returns on expenditure
  • As member of C&M always contribute to the success of the wider business
