Assistant Accountant, Caffeine & Machine

This role covers all aspects of finance, from transactional finance (AP & AR) to producing analysis and month end accounts.

This role suits someone who enjoys being part of the entire process and ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.

Up to £40,000k per annum

Key Accountabilities

TRANSACTIONAL FINANCE

Processing of supplier invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Timely management of queries
Payment of suppliers
Reconcile cash received to sales made
Ensure accuracy of sales invoicing
Accurate accounting of VAT

MONTH END

Accurate production of P&L accounts
Completion of required analysis & reporting
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts

CASH

Daily bank reconciliations
Accurate forecasting of required outflows

PAYROLL

Management of monthly payroll cycles and query resolution
Management of outsources provider
Accurate payments to HMRC and NEST

OTHER

VAT submissions
This role is new and as such additional tasks will be required, this role will need someone open to moving requirements and change
